Bridge of Hope to Niger
Festus Onoghola Awarded the Africa Peace Gold Award for 2006
"I have walked that long road to freedom. I have tried not to falter; I have made missteps along the way. But I have discovered the secret that after climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are more hills to climb. I have taken a moment here to rest, to steal a view of the glorious vista that surrounds me, to look back on the distance I have come. But I can rest only for a moment, for with freedom come responsibilities, and I dare not linger, for my long walk is not yet ended”
Nelson Mandela - The first President of South Africa taken from Long Walk to Freedom 1994
In the footsteps of Nelson Mandela comes another young man who will climb every hill to lift his country out of poverty, create schools and provide free education for the children, ask for help with medical care and teach them responsibility for their own health while solving the insurmountable issues of providing clean water and shelter for all the people of the African nations. Knowing that the power to change the course of many lives comes from within each person, Festus Onogholo gathers them in small villages across many nations sharing his teachings while leading powerful meditations that uplift their souls and create harmony among his people in their war-torn land.
Great men like Festus Onogholo who work tirelessly for their people rarely come to our attention. Compassion for his people is unbounded and his heart has no limits. I have many reasons for introducing him to the nanotechnology community of research and development as many of the experts continue to gather around the world for discussions on inclusion of nanotechnology for developing nations. It is my hope that nano science will soon provide clean water in large countries like Africa and India along with supporting global education. Festus is one of those rare people who is not asking permission to make a difference in his country and works tirelessly to find solutions for his people.

Meet Festus Onogholo and Family
Building bridges between cultures has been a priority of spirit guidance over the past 14 years. The power of spirit is unlimited in this effort and the following story is shared so that everyone can understand that nothing is impossible when clarity and trust are our goals.
In July 2005, I was contacted by Festus Onogholo who was directed to find me in a Meditation with his group of 450 lightworkers in Niger by Sananda. It was a very powerful experience that brought tears streaming down my face as Sananda then entered my physicality for the next 48 hours. The powerful energy that he brought during that 2-day weekend activated abilities that keep me connected for every meditation that is scheduled by Festus without regard of time or distance.
Festus is a dedicated teacher/lightworker for the people of Niger and has been named Coordinator of the Divine Peace Initiative for Africa.
The photo on the left shows Festus cradling my new namesake and Godchild Judith, who was born on July 11, 2006. In a beautiful letter he stated that Lord Kuthumi confirmed in a recent meditation that I was to be her Godmother.
This honor along with being designated as a Patron for their project is in Divne Order from Hunab K'u/Source/God. My heart is overflowing with love for this family and the 450 lightworkers who are determined to stay in trust and meditate for weeks at a time to shift their reality from poverty and disease to wellness and abundance for all of Africa.
This dedication to spirit growth and healing of their children, their land and their hearts taps into the still point where God resides in all of our atoms, allowing us to co-create a different reality with that powerful potential without any limits.
Festus is working on many projects to help his people but the main issue that we need your help to solve concerns their water. 1000 children a month are dying due to water bourne diseases. The government of the Edo State in Niger has donated land and a building to drill for a new water well. Please open your hearts and help us raise the funds for drilling the well and putting up the holding tank. Our total cost is only $16,900.
If everyone who reads this will donate the cost of one bottle of water we would have enough to drill the well and save the children from dying. We will encourage all donations large and small to save these children.
